About Livia Boxes

During the routine ultrasound of our 5th child we were told that our precious girl had brain malformations and had no chance of survival outside of the womb. After being given our options by doctors we choose to carry our baby to term. The pain and isolation of living in a situation where you prepare for the birth and death of a baby while she dances in your belly is indescribable.
Through this journey we discovered how little our daughter was acknowledged throughout the remainder of the pregnancy. Receiving a gift box showing that someone in the world loved and cared for our baby made a lasting impression and we want to give that gift to others.

Photographs

Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (NILMDTS) is a non-profit organization that will come and take professional photographs of your baby for free.

Casting Kits

These can be found online and can make perfect replicas of your baby’s precious feet and hands.  It is a good idea to have more than you think you’ll need in case the molding gel hardens too quickly.

Locks of Hair

Save a lock of their hair, if they have any.

Hospital Bracelets

Ask for your baby’s hospital bracelet and anything else you might like to keep.
